Wedding and Events Sales Administrator
We are seeking a Wedding and Events Sales Administrator at Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & SPA. Reporting directly to the Senior Wedding and Events Coordinator you will be responsibile for supporting the Wedding and Events Team through sales appointments and administration duties.
As our Wedding and Events Administrator your duties and responsibility will include:
– Show-rounds with potential customers
– Wedding fayres and open days / nights
– Administration such as; table plans, wedding planners, room allocation forms, menu’s, etc
– Wedding letters
– Any other task to support the team
Person Specification:
– Sales focused individual and target driven
– Previous admin experience would be highly beneficial
– Confident with Microsoft packages including word and excel
– Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
– Strong time management
