We are seeking an Event Sales Coordinator to join our sales team based at our Head Office in Cumnock. This role is responsible for converting event enquiries into booking across all 6 venues in the RAD Hotel Group.

Due to the nature of where our 6 venues are based travel to our hotels and other venues will be required, therefore applicants much be able to drive and have access to a car.

The role will involve working mostly weekends.

You will be Responsible for:

Bookings and Reservations for Event across the 6 venues

Attending internal and external sales events to promote RAD Hotel Group portfolio of hotels and services

Arrange and conduct sales meetings and show rounds with the wedding party and event organisers

Inbound and outbound calls dealing with new and existing events bookings

You will need to be:

Flexible as this is not a standard Monday to Friday job: It involves working some day, evenings and weekends shifts.

Well organised, professionally presented, engaging, articulate and have good attention to detail.

With a pleasant telephone manner and an interest in winning and influencing people you will enjoy working on maximising revenue across the RAD Hotel Group portfolio through effective rooms rate management, bedroom inventory, restaurant and afternoon tea reservations, SPA bookings, wedding and event bookings and wedding room(s) allocations.
