Operations Manager
Royal Hotel 

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to ensure the effective operation of the Royal Hotel and 1906 Restaurant by delivering exceptional customer service and leadership to all colleagues and guests respectively.

The RAD Hotel Group are a multi-award winning, family owned group of hotels in the West of Scotland. At present, the group boasts The Lochside House Hotel Lodges & Spa (New Cumnock), The Royal Hotel (Cumnock), The Carlton Hotel (Prestwick), The Radstone Hotel (Larkhall), Hetland Hall Hotel (Dumfries) and Dalmeny Park Hotel (Barrhead). Renowned for providing an exceptional customer experience regardless the purpose of a visit we are looking to expand our team due to continued growth.

What you’ll need.

• Previous experience of managing in hotel or similar quality of F&B venue
• Excellent communications skills written and verbal
• Self-motivated and able to motivate a team
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrate a track record of managing a successful operation in the hospitality sector
